Something not working?
Write to us. One person reads all of it, and usually replies within a day or two.
Subscriptions, refunds, cancelling
Dayverie Pro is billed by Apple, not by us, so cancelling and refunds both happen in your App Store account settings — Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Worth knowing: deleting your Dayverie account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel first if you don't want to keep being charged.
Your photo archive
New Rewind scans are paused. Existing memories remain in the local archive on your device; signing in is not a backup. You can still add photos to a kept day yourself. Read the archive update.
A place was closed, or wasn't right
Dayverie checks opening hours where they are available, but places can change them without notice. Confirm important stops before setting out. Swap a stop if needed — and if it keeps happening in your city, tell us which city, because that is genuinely useful.
Signing in, deleting, starting over
You can sign in with email, Apple or Google. Under Account you can reset what Dayverie has learned about your taste without losing a single day you've kept, or delete the account outright, which removes all of it.
Most of it is already answered.
The questions people ask most — what happens to your photos, what the free day includes, why there's no Android version yet — are all written out in full.
